Orders & Payments

Orders placed through Tawasy are subject to restaurant acceptance. Payments are processed securely. Refunds are issued according to our refund policy.

Users must not misuse the platform, submit fraudulent orders, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service or harms other users.

Limitation of Liability

Tawasy is not liable for delays, restaurant quality, or third-party service issues beyond our reasonable control.
